DIXIELAND TREE SERVICE, LLC

I have used Dixieland for 20 years and would not call anyone else. The work is always done professionally and the areas cleaned up superbly. The workers are all very courteous and know their job. The recent storms brought down an old Elm tree which needed to be removed. I decided to have additional work done at the same time. J.D. got in contact shortly after I called the office. He called again when he could give an estimate. We scheduled the job for the next available time (lots of callers after a big storm). The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. If there is something which cannot be done J. D. will be honest. I have never been disappointed.

As I had asked, JD gave me a call ahead of the crew's arrival so I could let my wife with kids plan accordingly. The crew was prompt, courteous, and fast. They took down the appropriate limbs on two trees and cleaned up around each of them, working for about an hour. I was very pleased with their work.

It couldn't have gone more smoothly, and this is not the first time we have had to call him for emergency removal...I have never been didappointed and don't expect I ever will be! (He also takes care of our trees that don't fall down!)

The job went really well. We were just thrilled with them. We had holly trees that were covering up a whole wing of our three story house and lined the whole front of it, and he took out and did all of that for less than $600.00, it was amazing. It was terrific work. Everything about it was a great experience. He left everything neat, people in our neighborhood hired him because they saw his work and they liked it. He did all that within a day. The holly trees are nasty. They were here when we got here.

Dixieland was very responsive with an estimate and explained the work that would be performed in a detailed and professional manner. I got estimates from two other local companies. Dixieland's bid was a fair price, even though it was not the cheapest bid. I chose Dixieland due to their professionalism in presenting their bid. They performed the work promised at the time promised. They cleaned up and left everything in good order upon completion of the work.

I thought that the service was very good. After they finished the project we had a tornado in the area. They would have got covered up with taking trees off of peoples cars and house. Yes I would use them in future

The Bradford Pear tree had split and dropped a major branch (about 1/4 of the trees total volume). Dixieland pointed out some rot/problems on some of the remaining branches and suggested extreme trimming to prevent further damage to the tree. The work was done the same afternoon I got and approved the estimate and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away by the end of the day.

The quote from Dixieland was substantially lower than any other quotes from any other companies. They did a great job of ripping the tree out, there is no trace of it anymore. Their concern over safety was very comforting they had us move our cars so there was no damage done. They were very efficient.
