+ -1 moreOnce you signed the contract don’t expect to hear from them again. Missed deadline by months! Never keep us informed of delays. House wasn’t finished at closing and never finished items on punch list or the warranty item covered under the contract

Description of Work: This was a very painful process. Deer Creek missed many deadlines costing me a considerable amount of money. They did not build the house according to the blueprints and we had to constantly come in and point out errors. The communication with this company is very poor. The finished product is nice but I would not work with this company again.
