Hired Pinnicale to do a secondary inspection and honestly, should have hired them first. Alex did an excellent job. Took several hours to ensure he did not miss a thing. If we had hired him first we could have reviewed issues with seller and saved ourselves alot of trouble. Now we have a long to do list. Thank you Alex, we will be recommending you to everyone we know.
