Debra has an excellent team working with her. Every single subcontractor, carpenter, electrician, etc. who entered our home was a true professional and extremely personable. We got only the highest quality of work from them. And what is most amazing is that Debra completed our entire remodel while helping over thirty homeowners rebuild their homes after the tragic Nashville floods of May, 2010! But we always felt like we were a top priority on her list, and our job was still done in a timely manner.
We now spend 90% of our time in our new remodel. We absolutely LOVE the final result, and the compliments have been plenty! I very highly recommend Debra Smith and DL Smith Construction. And because we will remodel other areas in our home in the future, Debra will be our first choice!
