Technician was professional, competent, fast and friendly. Price range quoted over the phone was $200-$250. Actual charge was $285. Time listed was 2 hours, but it took him less than that. There were no complications to justify the higher price.

The technician thought he could fix the unit by replacing the bushing in the unit, but that did not work. He actually did not charge me a penny for the work he had done because the opener was not fixed. I am going to have this company come back out to replace the garage door opener in the future.

D and D Overhead Door Service were good. They were prompt and came out right away. It didn't take them long at all, so they came in and did it at the price that they quoted and in the time that they quoted. It was a quick job, so there really wasn't a lot of negative.

The technician arrived within an hour of my phone call. Unfortunately, he didn't have the correct remote in his inventory, but he did a maintenance check on our motors/chains while he was here. They ordered the remote the same day, followed up with a phone call and scheduled another appointment right away. The tech showed up promptly and installed it quickly and gave me thorough instructions. I am really happy with the outcome and would definitely call them again. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional.

Repaired them in a couple of hours, and also lubricated both doors.

They arrived in a very short period of time, I told them I was sure the springs needed replacing and what my concerns were on the operation of the door. They inspected the door and all moving parts and replaced the parts with new. They told us the original springs on the door were the wrong ones, that it needed heavier duty springs -- obviously they were right because the door now operates very quietly as it should have when originally installed (our contractor installed the door(s) when house was built). They inspected both garage doors and did any maintenance that was required. The garage doors now work they way they were designed to originally. The price was less than what I had thought it would be and was quite pleased on the amount charged. They were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company and would defintely use them again if the need arose.

Very professional and explained everything as they went. Very reasonable price for what we go and they left the garage smelling fresh.

They were excellent. I paid them $75 for the minor repair. They were very prompt in coming out. They were good. They were easy to deal with. They were honest and not very expensive. They were very good. They don’t repair things that aren’t broken. I would call them again if there was any problem.

They did a good job and my experience with them was good. They were very professional and their responsiveness was excellent - they were here within an hour of when I called. It ended up being a little more expensive than I had expected, and I don’t know if that’s because they didn’t include tax in their estimate. I still think that the price was fair but it was slightly more than I had expected it to be.

The D and D employee graciously spent time answering my questions regarding routine maintenance. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. My garage door has never sounded so quite.

D and D came the next day after we called, and were scheduled to come first thing. The owner called to say that they had a customer whose car was stuck in her garage and she needed to get to work, and to indicate they would like to give priority to that call, indicating that it would make them about an hour later arriving at our house. We indicated that that was fine with us (if it had been my car stuck in the garage when I needed it, I would have wanted them give priority to my call too!) They did arrive in about an hour and did the work in less than an hour. The owner will call back in a few days to give us a price on a panel that has needed to be replaced on our other garage door for a long time.

This company gets high marks in all categories. They came on time, were professional, courteous, and they did excellent work for us. The price was very reasonable.
