I was actually a walk-in into the Coldwell Banker office, and he assisted me. He has been phenomenal and amazing. with the first house he drove us all around trying to find the right place. For the second house he really got us exactly what we were looking for. He gives me good advise in the process of selling the first house. He has been a great asset throughout that process. He saved me a few tens of thousand dollars on my purchase of my office condo. He's got a lot of expertise. He is a real easy going guy and does not pressure you into a deal. He will tell me and point out flaws in the real estate and problems with it and not try to sugar coat it. I respect his opinion on that. He will tell me the maintenance I need to do on the house I am selling to get a better return on it.
