It went very well. The service was outstanding. We only had a couple of issues. the hamper door was fabricated incorrectly and one vertical panel was damaged. Replacements are on the way.

We used them just a few months ago. They had a huge special going on that came out in the newspaper. They advertised a lot this year because they are just  right down the street from where I live. There was a big 40% off coupon. They did an excellent job. They did a great job and I give them A's all the way down, customer service, followup and attentiveness. I would recommend them and would use them again.

I would recommend them and I would use them again.

The designer was prompt and very prepared.  After looking at my closet and discussing my needs, she returned in a few days with a detailed design - along with options.  She was very flexible and quickly responded to requests for tweaks to the design.

The installers installed several weeks later and the closet looks awesome.  All around, a very positive experience.  This is the third time that I've used Closets by Design.  I prefer that their closets are from the floor and not hanging from the wall. This provides more stability and cleaner design, in my opinion.

Everything went well and I was very pleased with the finished product.  Owner designed both the pantry and laundry room and made changes up until the last moment.  I would highly recommend them!

Both the designer and installer were on time and very professional.  This was an area where the washer and dryer had been originally, so there were some extra issues to address.  While it cost a little more than I had hoped to pay, the quality is outstanding, and I really like the appearance and efficient use of the space.

They asked us what we wanted to accomplish and came up with a design and we made a few changes in the specs. They did a good job.

I had read mixed reviews, but I think it all depends on the designer you are assigned.  We had Trish, and she's fabulous.   She came over, saw and measured the space, and drew us a plan on site.   After she got home, she had another idea, so she emailed me a completely new design for one of the closets -- which cost less and offered more than the initial design.   
We also got a quote from a national chain competitor, and the bids and plans were remarkably similar, but we chose Closets by Design both because of the finish offered and because we liked Trish so much.
The installers came exactly when they said they would, and they finished the work on schedule.
We would definitely recommend them.

We are thrilled with them. We were very pleased with the person that came out and did the measurements. The person that did the design, we were pleased with. He did the measurements, she drew up some plans and we were able to make the decision. There were several specials going on so we felt like we got a competitive price. Because it was a small project they were able to work us in very quickly. The whole thing took about 2 weeks. The person that installed it, installed it quickly, quietly, and cleaned up after himself. That was wonderful.

I removed the original shelving, patched and sanded the drywall, gave it a coat of primer and then painted the walls myself before having the install done.  Being a female without any experience, I'm not sure all the work I did was worth the money saved.  When the installers came, they were right on time, viewed the closet and went right to work.  They completed the job in much less time than I had expected and cleaned up everything, even vacuuming the floor before leaving.  They were very careful and did not damage any of my newly painted walls.  They were very professional and presented me with the bill to be paid before they left.  The closet turned out to be just beautiful!  I am very pleased with what I've had done and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

I don't remember the cost of the service.  Our experience was awesome.  They did an awesome job. My wife spoke with them.  They came by the house.  They set us up really nice.  After the job was mid-way through, they came back and looked at it and made sure we were happy with the progress that was made.  Once the job was finished, the owner stopped by and looked at it.  Once the job was finished, we were really satisfied with the work they did.

We started by going to the Closets By Design office in Cool Springs. They don't have a large showroom but they have some sample closets to look at and a nice brochure to give us ideas. We scheduled a consultation and Tatia was our designer. She was wonderful to work with and after talking with us about what we wanted gave us detailed drawings of how our closets would look. We discussed the design and only made a few minor changes before scheduling the installation. The installation went very well and the closet system fits perfectly. We just got the basic closet system but the materials seem to be high quality and durable. I usually get several quotes for this type of project but only got this one so I can't say too much about the cost compated to others. We did look at doing it ourselves and this price wasn't much higher than buying the materials and installing ourselves. Overall, this was a great experience and we'll contact Tatia again if we need to add more storage units.
