Camille arrived 35 minutes late for the initial appointment and did not offer an apology. After a rough start, she did get right to work and measured the two guest room windows and advised on improvements to an existing large roman shade.  I paid the $45 appointment fee and she committed to provide an estimate.  She emailed a proposal 2 days later.  Upon review I noted the estimates to be ~65% higher than comparable shades I'd had installed by another provide elsewhere in the house.  Camille argued that this was what she always charged but offered a 10% discount.  I emailed back requesting 18% and she did not respond.  I sent two subsequent followup emails but no response.  While I understand if she wanted to be firm on price, an email back would certainly be warranted.
