Landscaping
We had trouble scheduling due to wet weather. I took their word that the ground was dry enough when they finally started which was a mistake. Even though they used plywood to minimize damage, the weight of their truck left tracks throughout my backyard. Promised to come back with a 4x4 to mash tracks but they did not. The actual tree relocation went well. They took the time to limit damage to existing branches and make sure tree was placed exactly where I wanted. There was an additional charge of $50 to fill the old hole although I cannot imagine why any homeowner would not want this done.
We gambled on the wet ground and lost. I can live with that. However, they promised to come back and try to fix this mistake and didn't. For that reason, I will look for another company if I need another tree moved.
