The sales presentation is lengthy and exhaustive. Very effective and very persuasive. Detailed explanation of the process, materials (samples were shown) and multitude of photos to explain options was very positive experience. Sales person gave us an image of the product that matched the finsihed job 100%. We had only four points of complaint: (1) Salesperson left her contact details but then never replied to calls or email. We had to find the general number to get information. (2) One day, the workers did not show up. We were told that (a) they were working on our porch in the warehouse and (b) they were waiting on a part and could not finish the job at that time, (3) the job was not finished within the originally indicated timeframe - though no firm commitment was made, the process took 3 weeks, when 1 week was suggested. (4) The biggest complaint - they charged a too large amount to our credit card. The reversal took 4 days to show up, causing some stress at our end.
On the positive side: (1) the workmen were there bright and early and told us what they would be doing, then did what they said they would. The job was done very efficiently and with minimal disturbance to us. The workmen were courteous and professional. (2) The finished product is exactly what we expected, (3) When we asked for some touch-ups (caulking, cleanup), someone came out the very next day and took care of it.
