Affordable Locksmith

It was unlocked just fine. Unfortunately, we were talked into having them order the new key rather than having the dealership do it. We were told it would be 2-3 days "tops" and would be $300 for the basic key or $360 for the remote key we need. We opted to wait the 2-3 days for the remote key for $360. After not hearing anything for three days, we called. We were told "Let me see where we are with that and I will call you back". No return phone call. More calls were made to them and none were returned. I finally talked to the guy five days later and was told he had no idea when it would be in. He also quoted me completely different prices and fell just short of calling me stupid for not ordering the basic key to use until the remote key came in (meaning we would be spending $660). He treated me very disrespectfully and gave completely different facts on the original conversation.

First, the contractor was late for the appointment. Then, he took much longer than originally expected. We asked him to re-key all exterior locks to the house, which he did. But he also re-keyed all interior door locks. As a result, that more than doubled the anticipated price. By the time he was done, we were late for a planned trip out of town. Rather than argue and further delay our own trip, we just paid the bill.
Here's where it got bad. Somehow he managed to mess up the lock to the front door. It has a keypad lock in addition to a keylock. Now the keypad will not work - it will not completely unlock. It worked perfectly before he "fixed" it...and I've checked the wiring, the batteries, and the alignment...but cannot fix it. 
I've called Affordable Locksmith four times and asked him to return and fix the lock. I've left four messages and never received the courtesy of a return phone call. 
I called again today and spoke with an employee. This employee said he cannot help us. He told me that his boss, David, was the person who did the work. The employee agreed to give David the message that we called. And the employee said that David might call me back or he might not.   
Incredibly unprofessional, and not worth the expense.

The technician showed up right on time and got the job done in a very short time. He was very professional, yet friendly. He did a great job and was clean and neat.

Affordable Locksmiths was very friendly and responsive in scheduling my appointment. I was nervous about scheduling since that seemed to be the only complaint that other users had. So, I verified that the Affordable Locksmiths were working on the Martin Luther King Day holiday. I received a verbal confirmation. On the day of, the Affordable Locksmiths no-showed for a few hours and refused to answer my phone calls after my initial call, in which they said they did not have me on the schedule and would get back to me. We called from another line, and Affordable Locksmiths answered. After that, they promptly fulfilled their service call that same day. Once out at our property, we could not have asked for better service. The locksmith was affable, efficient, and did great work. The price is also super affordable, even considering the additional service charge for Bellevue for the distance. After the initial hump of working out the logistics, our experience with Affordable Locksmiths was superb.

Arrived on time and performed all services for the agreed price. Very nice person and had well equipped truck with all materials needed.

They were great. He was efficient, he was on time, and he was pleasant to work with. We would use them again.

Very satisfactory - the company had someone out the day after I called, and he was prompt, courteous, and quick in fixing the problem. I have already used this company a second time for another property.

They had great response and were willing to do what I needed. They had a reasonable price.

Called and he was there the next day to do what needed to be done.
