AFA Lawn Care

Josh has been unable to fulfill his warranty of replacing dead plants a year after planting. He was made aware of the plants this spring and we we have received nothing but lip service and excuses. I received a text message today about setting up a schedule for aeration/overseeding for this fall. This is not a communication issue, but a failure of AFA (Josh) to honor his warranty rather than moving on to the next project, cashing a check, and then excusing his way through until the warranty runs out. Three homes on my street don't use him anymore.

We have been using Josh for lawn mowing for several years. We think that his charges are fair and that he does a great job. He lives near us in Franklin Green, and it is easy to coordinate with him for our lawn and for our son's (who also lives on the W side of Franklin. He is very accommodating, and we especially appreciate that he uses a walk-behind mower for our yard. Because of a slope in the side yard, the larger mowers gouge our lawn. He uses the larger mower for other yards where appropriate.
