I got several quotes for pressure washing the exterior of my house since my brick, gutters, soffit & fascia were showing signs of aging from mold/moss/gutter stains.  I had never had this done before and some companies won't pressure wash brick, so I just got a few quotes at the outset.  Ron came out and gave me a quote and I hired him as he has done work for me before.  He explained what results I would likely get and provided a prompt quote.  When he came out to do the work, he spent a good amount of time (no rush job here) to take care of everything I needed done.  When finished, I was more than happy with the results.

Ron tried very hard to schedule the service but severe weather delayed twice and the work was scheduled for and completed today.  The crew arrived at the scheduled time and immediately began work. The windows had not been cleaned in quite some time, but when they finished, the windows sparkled!  The walkway and porch look great after the pressure washing.  I highly recommend A Touch of Glass to anyone who needs window cleaning or pressure washing!  Great communication/customer service.  I can only say good things about this company!!

Our first date had to be cancelled because my dad went to the emergency room the night before. I was able to contact them early in the morning. They called back immediately and assured me they understood my situation. I rescheduled for the next week. They arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m and worked until the job was complete. They even helped vacuum a spot on an upper ledge under some high windows.

They were extremely professional and performed high quality work.  Some of our windows evidently had very difficult splatter, perhaps from a prior paint job, and they worked extra long on them until they were spotless just like the others, without charging any extra.  We will certainly use Touch of Glass for regular maintenance in the future!

We are very pleased with the work that Ron has done.  Our windows had not be cleaned in some time and he took care to do a meticulous job.  This was despite the fact that many of our windows are difficult to reach from the outside and required considerable ladder movement.  We are considering having Ron do our windows hereafter on a regular basis.

I live in a 3800 sq. ft. house with lost of windows.  We were scheduled for the week prior but the weather was rainy and windy.  Instead of putting us off until he had a crew to clean the windows, owner, Ron Erickson came out and cleaned every one of our windows by himself.  He did an outstanding job. 
I would recommend Ron and Touch of Glass to everyone wanting to have their windows cleaned professionally.  The price was extremely reasonable and the results impeccable.  Ron was very punctual and very communicative.  I get immense pleasure from being able to support a local business, especially one that is proud of what they do and show that pride in how its business is conducted.  It's obvious Ron is very proud of what he and his company, A Touch of Glass do.

They were so pleasant to work with.  It was over 100 degrees outside , but they took their time and did a great job.

I call Touch of Glass to get an estimate and left my name and telephone number for someone to contact me.  Within a couple of hours the owner of the business Mr. Ron Erickson contacted me and set up a time to come to my home for an estimate.  He arrived exactly on time, was extremely professional and very nice. He gave me the estimate while he was here and the next day I scheduled the appointment with him to clean my windows.  On the day he was to clean my windows he called me to let me know that he was on his way.    He had another employee with him when he arrived and he was equally as nice.   The job they did was great.  They were very friendly and we had a very nice conversation.  I plan to continue to use this company and they have put me on a quarterly call back. I also have referred him to someone already.

Mr Errickson called me the day before to explain that he could not make the appointment himself but was going to send another gentleman in his place with my permission. I was thankful that he called me first about the change.  On time and with great happiness my windows look outstanding. I am very happy and I would have no problem to give them a glowing reference.

Contact Ron via Angie's; he came out same day and gave us an estimate and a day to do the work. He came out the day scheduled, called us to let us know he was on his way. Cleaned all of our windows in a period of 4 hours with no break. windows are lovely.

Ron is great to work with, and his prices are reasonable.  I found him to be prompt, courteous, helpful and excellent in his work.  I recommend him highly.

Ron was very responsive when I called to inquire about his services. He called to schedule an estimate and was prompt in notifying me he was on the way. Once he had seen the house he walked me around and explained his services, what he could do, how he would do it and what areas might be trouble spots. He and his helper showed up to do the work as scheduled and were very neat, professional, friendly, and competent. The windows and gutters look brand new. They did a great job.

Ron arrived on time and gave me a call before he arrived as I was going to be in and out that day.  He did an excellent job on the windows.  Because I had hand-cleaned the screens inside, they were removed and he kindly offered to put them back in for me.  I was happy with his work and will be using his services again.

This was one of our most pleasant home-service experiences. We are already counting on their services for the future.

Ron and assistant arrived on time, set up and got started quickly.  The work took longer than Ron anticipated, probably because of the age and condition of the storm windows.  There were a couple of extra windows to clean and they charged a fair price for the additional work.  Overall the quality was satisfactory.  It was a generally positive experience.

Called because he was running a few minutes late; very friendly; fast - did a great job. Definately worth the money. The windows hadn't been cleaned in over 2 years and a lot of construction is going on in the neighborhood. Ron did a great job.

I liked how the owner is professional and attentive of my needs. He came to do the work when he said he was going to be there and he did what he said he was going to do. I have a lot of windows and they look great.
