Recently bought a used car, and when I went to change the oil, the oil cap was twisted on so tightly that I was afraid I would break the entire oil pan trying to get it off.
Took the car in to Randy Norman, he loosened the cap with no problem and changed the oil, free of charge (I had already bought the oil myself and brought it to him). He did not charge any labor at all, even though he could have.
Very nice man, I will take my car there next time I have an issue.
