I signed up for a year of quarterly pest control service. Someone was able to come out to my house the day after I signed the contract, so their response time was great. I wasn't having any issues, so all he did was spray the outside of the house around the base, doors, and windows, then he sprayed the baseboards inside the house and put some rat bait in the crawl space. He was efficient and very friendly. And their prices are much more affordable than the other companies I called.

Well, I was lied to/pressured into paying immediately for verbal arrangement (no receipt given or sent as promised) for service (fungi treatment in crawlspace) that I still have no idea whether it has been completed. After technician talked to the realtor and told them that the fungi treatment would be discounted and less than $200 and could be paid out of closing costs instead of that day (per my realtor from buyers realtor whom he talked to), he came to the door and told me I had to pay $200 immediately or they could not issue the termite bond letter (required for house to close - so push off closing date) and that it could NOT be paid out of closing, and that they couldn't even treat the house til early August (after closing). He did say if I paid immediately, they would issue a, how did he put it, a "contingent" bond so we could close on time. I asked for a receipt. He said he would email it to me. I have yet to receive the receipt though they charged my card. At least we were able to close, though I'm holding my breath that they will keep their end of the deal and treat the house we sold. And how can I prove it without a receipt?

They are very good, and careful about their personnel. They are very responsive. They do outstanding work. It is a regional company, they are not small. We started with them when we moved into our house, and we have used them solely for our pest control services. Their prices are reasonable. They come out every quarter, but if we saw a bug or something, they will come right away and renew the spray. They have always done well. The quality of service is always top notch.

Kirkland provide professional and expert pest control at our house/property while we lived there and while it was on the market for sale. GREAT WORK KIRKLAND! Thanks.

We are getting ready to do some more work this week. They are reliable, punctual, and reasonable.

Since 2004, Kirkland's have kept our first house and second house pest free. 
In 2004, we bought a second home (built circa mid-1990's) in which our daughter lived.  The inspection prior to closing revealed termites in the outside wall of the laundry room.  Our realtor suggested we use Kirkland's.  They were prompt, courteous, and removed the problem.  They also repaired the damage inside the wall.  After this excellent experience, we hired them to keep this house pestless.  They charged $28.00 per month for this service and best of all, the cost would never increase!  The man who was assigned to our daughter's home came every month and treated the house so creepy crawly things stayed outside.  If there was a problem, she called Kirkland's and they came out the same day and took care of the issue; there were no extra charges for these visits.
As soon as our service contract with another company expired on our first house, we hired Kirkland's to take care of the pests in our first home.  Since both houses were in the same general area, we had the same service man for both houses.  He was always quick to respond to any problems we had with pests.  He was polite and very respectful.  He always asked if we were having any problems with bugs; if so, he would take extra time treating the problem area.  Our monthly payment for this service was $30.00 per month (we started using Kirkland's for our first house about 3 years after we hired them for our daughter's home).  Again, our monthly payment would never increase!
We also held a termite bond with Kirkland's on both houses; if we (or they) found termites they took care of the infestation, and they would also pay any costs for repairing termite damage to our house.  They charged a yearly fee to keep the bond active.

They were very prompt and responsive. They have always been professional, good and reasonable. I think it is covered in the monthly and they are reasonable. I changed from another company that had unreasonable prices to this one that is reasonable.

They agreed to a time that I was available; arrived within 10 minutes of the time; were professional, polite, and curtious; left the house clean and neet.

Quick response, reliable. Price is in line with what most companies in the area charge for ongoing exterior and interior pest control services.

Work was done in a timely and efficient manner. The entire slab was drilled and treated in one morning. The company also has an easy payment plan to help make the work more affordable. Thoroughly satisfied.

We have been using them for six years, and I have had no issues. I don't have anything to compare their price to, but I would say their price is okay.

We found some termite damage and called Kirkland's Athens, AL office. They looked at the damage and gave us a price of $705 to spray the area of infestation and to treat around the house to prevent future problems. They showed up on time and did a thorough job. They just came back for the one year re-inspection and found nothing. I would use them again.

They provide pretty good service. The price varies upon what is done. I had one rental property they treated for rats and roaches and it was fifty dollars a month. They are pretty punctual and are up front about what they are going to do. They will stick to the commitment.

I have had a good experience with Kirkland's and will continue to use them in the future.

I have used them for several years. They come out once a month. We have a contract with them and we pay them yearly. Their price is like everybody else. They are in the range as any other pest controllers.

They are responsible and their prices are reasonable.

We've used them for about 20 years. We are on a contract with them. It costs $52 a quarter. They have been very punctual and they have come extra times between the quarterly maintenance times to battle ants at our house. They keep coming until they get them controlled. We are very satisfied with them. We think we are grandfathered in at that price and we haven't had any reason to check around. They are effective.

I don't have a problem with them. They have always showed up and did their job. They are very friendly, professional. They do everything that a provider would do. I have used them for years. They are excellent.

We purchased a home in May of 2010. Termite inspection didn't go well in one small area of the attached garage. Kirkland's treated the area. We decided to go with them for the bond as well. Fast forward 11 months - spring is here - time for bugs and everything to go wild. Some winged fellows started to appear in the same area we had treated in the garage when we bought the home. A call to Kirkland's by the wife, end of the next day (coinciding with our work schedule) someone came out to 'inspect'. Wasn't much of an inspection. He looked at the ones we killed with wasp spray (nice one honey, really) and decided to put a little foam on the area. (and I mean a little). No need to crawl into the crawlspace and actually investigate or drill any holes or anything (I remodel homes for a living - drill away man - I can fix it). Notice the sarcasm.  The rep had a rough day on another job and well, he was 'beat' - so I get the short end of this stick. Fast forward a few days later - washing the cars on the weekend - bare feet walking through the garage - 'hey honey.... look... ' tons of them just walking around on the concrete. Don't worry Kirkland's, I WILL NOT be paying you to renew my bond this year. I've already hired ECO-PROS (256-ECO-PROS) to not only treat the house but provide me a bond, at a better price.

So far since I've been using Kirkland's Pest Control I haven't had any problems.
