When I called they were at my house with 1/2 hour. Cleaned my septic tank and no more overflowing bathtub. Fast, efficient service.

They came out around 3:30 pm on a Friday and determined that our tank needed to be pumped. Our tank is completely buried and I was afraid they'd leave until I could get someone out to dig, but they arranged for the excavator, waited until he arrived, and didn't charge extra for working after 5pm.

My tank did not need pumping after all. I did have some other problems that they addressed. A lesser company would have pump the tank anyway just to charge me full price. So they are an honest company. Answered all my questions very courteous. They were very prompt and efficient. I even had a question after they left I called them and they returned my call promptly. Checking with other companies they were also the least expensive. I will definitely recommend them.

Didn't show up on the day of appointment. They thought another crew had been here at appointed time. Came about an hour after I called. Found the problem and fixed it in about 20 minutes. Did not charge me anything, not even a service charge. Thank you. Highly recommended.

They said that they would show up and then actually did when they said that they would! Not only that, but they came with all the equipment that they might need for a big job. They quickly discovered that my issue was (thankfully) rather easy to take care of, but they showed no disappointment or frustration. They helped me and gave me some great advise. I would recommend them to anyone! I called so many places that either didn't call me back or didn't actually do septic repairs. It was just so nice to connect with Keith's. I felt they they were honest and knowledgeable.
