Chad is NOT a man of his word. During the estimate I asked him how much to cut up the trees he cut down. He gave me a price but VOLUNTEERED to haul the trunks off for free. He told me he sells the trunks for money. Naturally I agreed to save money. After Chad cut down the trees he said he would be back in two weeks with a special truck to haul off the logs. That was last October. When I called he acted like he didn't know who we were. After reminding him I have gotten one excuse after another. Now he says he didn't agree to haul off the logs. He told me a lie just to get this job as it was 8 trees, then left my yard a disaster. I cannot even walk around my yard now. Why didn't Chad just take the money to cut up the trees? This makes ZERO sense and has been a nightmare for us to deal with. NO WAY I would have agreed to this. CHAD was very sneaky to do what he did to us. UNETHICAL!!!

I was in constant contact with Chad personally and the company number numerous times, as well as my wife. We kept being promised over and over that we're on the schedule for them to come out and finish grinding stumps that they missed the first time that they came out after cutting down our trees. Long story short, from beginning til' now, we've give the benefit of the doubt over and over again, but its been 2 years of the back and forth. The service was already paid for, and now I have protruding tree stumps in my yard that has messed up my mower deck, and nobody will come finish the job.

Unfortunately this job ran into the Thanksgiving Holiday and it was inconvenient to have workers and heavy duty machinery while hosting 10 grandchildren and our adult children . The day after Thanksgiving workers showed up a little before 9:00 a.m. unannounced. They did a great job.

So friendly and very communicative! Gave me good feed back / suggestions on my project ! Was able to do the work sooner than expected

Great experience. I had been on a waiting list for a company I did business with in the past. I couldnâ t get them to call me back and tree was becoming a danger to my home. Another local business gave an estimate that was just insaneâ ¦thousands just to trim one tree. And that guy asked to speak with my husband to discuss. Wth? That was a BIG no. . I found Redline through Angi and they were prompt to respond, courteous, gave a very reasonable estimate, and did an amazing job. They were even able to get to the job a bit earlier than expected.

Chad and his workers were respectful and very professional. Did excellent work. They were careful and used safety equipment. I will hire them again in September to remove another tree.

Came quickly. Completed all work. Friendly and left little mess.

We made changes a couple of times to the project before we booked the job and Chad was fast at responding to our requests. Once booked, they were able to start earlier than we anticipated and the job was done efficiently and the price was good.

Chad and his crew were amazing! Worked tirelessly and nonstop until the job was done. Huge mess from broken pine trees from storm. These guys were skilled, experienced and professional. Meticulous and very well organized, showing attention to every detail and making sure they overlooked NOTHING! Great to see strong work ethic and taking pride in their job. Cleanup was exceptional going above and beyond what we expected! Well worth the money and, speaking of that, best estimate out of the 3 we received. We will hire them again to top some big maples in our yard. So thankful we found such hard working, honest fellas. Chad did exactly what he promised and more. Highly recommend them! Very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up all the debris in a timely manner. Very pleased.

Redline came the next day and removed the tree in less than 2 hours, They came the next morning and ground the stump and cut another stump to ground level. I now will have someone come back after the ground settles and fill with topsoil and sow grass. I had several bids. They all ran about the same price. I would hire them again for tree removal or pruning, Very professional. LTM

They were very polite, and they did a wonderful job on topping my tree and they picked up all of the debris and chopped up the tree, so I didn't have any cleanup to do afterwards.

We needs to 5 tree removal and the stumps grind out He it would be$1500 we agreed When they were finished we payed them $1500 they said they would back in 2 weeks to grind stumps3 week s no show call them. Said me next week called him again he said he was to bussy He said he would mail me a check for $300 we said ok WEEK LATER NO CHECK CALLED AGAIN HE SAID HE WOULD SEND REGISTERED MAIL STILL NOCHECK I WOULD kick his butt I?m 80 years old
