This review is for KC Bartley of Professional Home Inspections in Fall Branch, TN. KC inspected our home in Greeneville, TN on 2/16/21 for an "11th month" warranty inspection. We selected KC's service based on his impressive website at [*** Link removed ***] KC is professional, thorough, informative, trustworthy, and honestly one of the nicest people I've ever met. KC's inspection made the inspection we had prior to moving in look amateur (KC's report 98 pages, the other inspection 58 pages). KC identified structural, safety, aesthetic, and other significant problems with our home that were completely ignored in our first inspection. KC is the Mike Holmes of Tennessee home inspections. KC saved us from what was sure to be a complete disaster with our home, and quite possibly our lives. KC assured us he will continue to be available to us should the need arise for an expert witness. We are so lucky to have found KC and will never forget him. His price is also right on par with other companies. You could pay a careless service to identify a few obvious concerns, but why would you when you can pay KC for a thorough and truly professional service? DO NOT hire anyone else!
