We were in the market for replacement windows as the builder- grade windows were poor quality. Got a couple of other estimates, then saw a TV ad for Tennessee Thermal. Filled out an one-line request for an estimate. Seemed to take awhile before someone contacted us, but I'm glad they did. The salesman was personable and professional. We thought the windows they sold were a good quality and the price was competitive. We signed a contract. First estimate of installation was just a little over a month, but since that put us right around Christmas, we asked them to wait until after the first of the year. We had lots of wet then cold weather, so it was closer to the end of January before the windows were installed. The installers were willing to work on a Sunday since the weather was predicted to be good. They removed and replaced 15 windows in one day. We are happy with the installation and the quality of the windows, and would recommend them to others.

Tennessee Thermal did not do what they said they were going to. They still haven't installed the last two windows, and they started work four months ago. The salesperson seemed more interested in his commission than in helping me.

I would not hire them back. I did not feel that their product was as good as they said it was.
