We had a leak in the upstairs in bathroom. He came in and fixed the leak and also helped repair the ceiling that had been damage.  He had to get into the plaster, and finished by painting, that looked better than before.  I am going to have him come back out to repair another ceiling for me soon.  He also can help a member's flip houses very quickly.   He does it all, with reasonable time and very prompt.
