He enlarged our patio so that my mother could have direct access to the patio. He didn't measure properly, and it has already cracked. We had to spend an additional $2000 to have it done correctly.
The whole front deck will probably have to be torn down and redone.
He talks a good game, but his work is very shoddy, and we are very displeased, and we would never recommend him to anyone. He subcontracts his work out, and we never saw him working on anything himself. One of his subcontractors told us that he uses "seconds" materials, but charges for first-rate materials.
He quoted a good price, which is why we went with him, but we ended up paying for it later. He insisted on being paid up front! We have learned out lesson. He was punctual when we set up a meeting and he was receiving money.
