Job went very smoothly. Company representatives arrived on-time. I live in a Planned Unit Development and both myself and my next door neighbor went together to have both of our heat pump units replaced. The units are located on the roof of our building and required the use of a crane to lift off the old disconnected units and hoist up the new units for reconnection. The company had to do some rebuilding of the platform the units set on and the exposed exterior air ducts. New thermostats were installed in each unit. The company was very professional and did a great job.

I contacted Home Heat and Air after a bad experience with another HVAC company. The quote for part and labor that Heat and Air provided came in way below the company that came out to provide an estimate and ended up charging me $75 for nothing. Home Heat and Air staff were very professional and cleaned not only the main unit, but upstairs unit at no cost. I would use this HVAC again in the future.
