carpet installation
 + -1 moreDoug Lowe responded to our initial call immediately, set up a date, picked up the vinyl from where we purchased it and arrived right on time. He was personable, professional and did an excellent job overall. We will most certainly use him again for any future carpet or vinyl installations.
Description of Work: Loose lay vinyl flooring (purchased elsewhere) was installed in our master bathroom.
