Over all pretty good. If there is something that gets over looked I point it out when she arrives or leave a note and it is taken care of. I have used this service because I know that if something comes up and my regular house cleaner is unable to come someone else from the service will be here to take care of my home.

I have American Maid scheduled to contact me near the beginning of the month to set up one visit to perform some basic cleaning. They are very good about leaving a message when they want to schedule, though sometimes it is VERY short notice, and can be a challenge to get the house in proper order before they arrive. There have been a couple of times where the notice has been too short and the timing of their scheduled visit was not good, in most of those instances rescheduling has not been an issue.

They did exactly what I had asked them to do, and were on time. They worked through a few hiccups with communication, and got the job done. They have worked with me to provide what I want, without forcing me to pay for what I don't. I will be using them on a regular basis from now on.
