Craig was exceptional! Without meaning to I opened the door for dishonesty. Craig is not this type of person. I told him what we knew needed to be replaced and he informed us after the inspection that it did not I appreciated his true honesty which saved us a few thousand dollars. Craig was very thorough. I have had home inspections before, but not as detailed as THIS. He spent 4 hours looking over everything possible. His report was very detailed with pictures. In fact, he gave me the full report right there on the spot ! He also inspected our pool for an additional 25.00. The pool company wanted to charge 125.00 to come inspect ! Very please with the work, will recommend to others.
