All I can say is if you need Professional Service by great group of young men, reasonable Call these guys they are the best. James is Professional, respectful and a joy to have working my home. They are the best.

The entire service was professwional with forward looking ideas for low cost maintenance.  he provided the best materials and equipment with the service taking less than two hours with three plumbers working the job.

James showed up to bid the job when promised.  He went beyond professionalism by having more than one guy come out to bid on the actual digging of the line.  His pricing was more than reasonable and not only did they complete the job in one day it is hard pressed to tell my yard had been dug up.
They checked and rechecked water pressure and were very thorough and concerned for my property.  
They ran into glitches with the line but fixed and went on with the install even with the added glitches his price is exactly what he quoted.
I would recommend James and his crew for any plumbing job.

. . . he will be for us!We found out at 5AM that the main line to the sewer was blocked and unfortunately thanks to sub-par work done by a large, well-known plumbing company a few months earlier, we were unable to snake the line out.  We called James at 6AM and he returned the call in short order.  Despite having work scheduled, he was able to fit us in and came over a short time later.  He quickly determined what the problem was, dug up the damaged piping section, replaced the pipe, snaked out the line and restored full service to the house.
A few points of note regarding James's service . . . . .
1) He was prompt, arrived ahead of schedule and was prepared to do whatever it took to get the service restored
2) He was polite and professional to an extreme - took the time to explain the issues to myself (at work) and my wife, took shoes off when he came into the house and put on covers, respected our property and made sure the work was done and worked before handing my wife a bill
3) Charged half of what the other company had charged for more work and work that was done correctly
4) Assured us that he stood behind his work - again, something his competition refused to do
We have had several bad experiences with so-called plumbing professionals since relocating to the area a year ago but our "Quest for the Grail" is over now that we found James and Tri-Cities Plumbing Solutions & Repair.  We know that we will get an honest assessment, a fair price and quality work from James which is what one would like to expect that all professionals provide but too often that is not the case any more . . . . if you are in the Tri-Cities area James needs to be the first and only call you make when it comes to plumbing work - he will be for us!

James arrived promptly, answered our questions and gave us a detailed and reasonable estimate. He was able to schedule the job to start within a day or two after providing the estimate. He worked with the electricians to determine the optimal placement of the outlets and drain in relation to each other. Since we have an older home with a lot of original pipes, electric and drains, he recommended an different location in the basement than we had originally hoped. He gave us the pros and cons which helped make the decision a lot easier (a holding tank, pump and some extensive re-piping would be required for our planned spot). We wanted a functional, reliable and low maintenance laundry setup and he made sure that happened. He came prepared and tidied up after the job was done. He will definitely be our go-to plumber!

James showed up as soon as he could and when he walked up to house, he IMMEDIATELY heard and knew where the leak was. James sprung into action and had the massive leak under control and was already fixing the burst pipe before I even knew what had happened. Once the problem was solved James took the time to explain EVERYTHING to my wife and I about what happened and what he had done to fix it. James price was unbelievably low, I felt like I had a family member or best friend come fix my problem instead of a company. I was truly surprised and excited to find such a wonderful man and excellent plumber who was local. I am going to have James redo my entire home plumbing in the coming months and will ONLY use Tri-Cities Plumbing for any issue that I have in future as well as recommend James to everyone I know or meet that needs a good plumber. James Ausburne is a very nice young man who's starting his business off right. I've hired him on four separate occasions for different problems (a water heater replacement, de-winterizing of a house, finding a leak at a rental property, and the most recent basement drain repair) and have been more than pleased with his workmanship, knowledge, and professionalism. He is always polite and punctual and his rates are very reasonable. He is, by far, the best plumber I've worked with as a property manager.
