Arrived early but was seen within 2 minutes. Vet tech and Vet were very knowledgeable and did not seem rushed even though office was steadily busy. Love the fact that they have large dog bathing and spa services within office. Even big dogs need pampering!

They are excellent. I have been using them for about just over a year and four months now.

We were seen very quickly as a walk in patient. The vet examined my cat and said she believed the leg was sprained but not broken. She told me to keep him confined and to bring him back in 3 days if I didn't see an improvement. 3 days went by and he was still limping, so I took him to my regular vet. My vet said that you cannot feel if a bone is broken, that an xray must be done. The xray revealed a fracture in 2 places. The surgeon said because I waited, the leg almost healed up enough where doing surgery would cause more harm than not mending the bone.
Before this incident I had taken several of my pets here. The vets and staff are always friendly and professional, but this visit made me question their competence. Since this happened I have selected another vet for when my vet is out of town. That being said I still took one of my cats here for a rabies clinic. I would trust their prices and products, but would only consider coming back if it was an emergency and no one else could get me in.

We took our new puppy in for her follow up for parvo booster and to get
her rabies shot. I also had the vet check some patches that were balding
on her back and to check her ears for a dark build up. She advised that
our dog had and quot;puppy mangeand quot; which is passed from mother to pup and a
yeast infection in her ears. After administrating the shots she
prescribed drops for ears and medicine for the skin infection. They were
very professional and caring about our puppy and our concerns.
