Quoted two hour minimum. Turned out there is a three hour minimum. Multiple untruths told. Tried to collect from tenant despite telling landlord he would send invoice to him. Will not be using him again for any reason.
"This customer is very confused. I told this customer there is a two hour min for the job. I charged this customer the two hour min. He was also told that a full trailer load is $ 225.00. There are no exceptions here as the leaves now need to be dumped. This customer had three quarters of a load. So the trailer was too full to take on a second job. So he was charged one hour for fuel to to the dump. That pays for fuel and time needed to go to the dump. To dump and get the trailer empty. He was not charged a three hour min. He was charged a two hour min. Plus an hour to get the trailer to the state in which it could handle the next job. We appoliligize about your confusion."
