 + -1 moresee the above. Phone calls not returned. Lack of communication. Excuses. I finally thought, it would end up reflecting in his work on the deck and I got the other guys who were great... got back to me immediately.
Description of Work: He was very late (several days) in getting back to me on several different occasions.. I finally had to cancel him and had someone else do my deck.

Description of Work: I sent email Inquiry and never got a response. Just imagine calling them back or reliability on the other end if they will not even respond back to you in order to get a job.

 + -1 moreThe Off Duty crew arrived promptly and began work immediately. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They tore down the old fence and hauled it to the curb for removal and quickly began putting up the new fence. Off Duty was very efficient and finished the job in one day. There was no mess left behind like I've had on other jobs. I love my new fence. I would highly recommend Off Duty and would use them again.
Description of Work: I hired Off Duty Fences to tear down my old fence on the front part of my back yard and to put up a new fence w gate.
