I hired Heavener Roofing to install a new roof on my house in 2016. In 2019 we experienced a roof leak, called Heavener and they sent someone to fix it. In early 2022, we started having more roof leaks, called Heavener and again they sent someone to fix it. In July of 2022, the roof started leaking in the same place, called Heavener and this time Stephanie Heavener said there was a note in our file that, if we have another roof leak, we will need chimney repair. So on August 5th I received a written estimate of $2,850.00 for chimney repair. I contacted Heavener by phone asking to talk to John so I could ask him questions about the chimney repair and how it relates to my roof leaks. I never heard back. I called again and started sending emails to Stephanie asking for John to call me AND asking how soon they can do the repairs. Apparently, they no longer value me as a customer because they won't return my calls or respond to my emails. Can you help?
