It's fine. I have a cat that had been through several emergency hospital visits that had to have surgery and they did the surgery and I think the surgery was done very well and the follow up has been very good. I think I've read some reviews online about them and people seemed to think they were too expensive. Unfortunately, I have been through so much with this cat that nothing costs me anymore. The nice thing is it is still fortunately the type of practice that hasn't become big enough that when you walk in the door, the people at the desk know you and they actually know what you're there for and the vet who takes care of the cat actually came out just to say hello and just to make sure that everything was fine.

For the third and last time, the front office staff botched our appointment/boarding date. When we stopped in on that Friday morning, they had us down to drop off our 2 dogs on Saturday. After some fumbling about, they were finally able to get them checked in. Prior to our return on Monday the 20th, we called to verify when we could pick up the dogs as they were supposed to be groomed prior to us picking them up. They had us returning to pick them up on Tuesday and they were schedule for grooming on Tuesday instead! (Once again messing up our appointments), I have to give credit to the groomers for trying to fit them in to be groomed at the last minute. HOWEVER, that was the sloppiest grooming job they have ever provided. We asked them to shave one of our dogs, and she looked so sloppy. You could see the sheer lines all through her coat. We had asked them not to shave her face, but they did anyway. Our other dog cannot tolerate being shaved, so we asked them to just trim her. When we arrived to pick them up, our other dog (who was to be bathed and trimmed only) was still damp and wasn't trimmed. Neither had their nails trimmed. I would have preferred them not doing the grooming than to pay full price for a crappy job. The front desk staff is the reason we will never go to EADS Animal Hospital again, nor will we recommend it to anyone. Their attention to detail is shoddy. It takes them forever to print out the bills. This last time the clerk couldn't figure out how to print out the bill for one of my dogs. Totally unsatisfactory. Also, when you call to make an appointment and it is repeated to you correctly, yet when you arrive there, it is something different is a serious problem. They poor performance will cost the owners a loss of business! We originally switched to this animal hospital (which is 45 miles from our house mind you) because our dogs loved their vet. She treated them at another animal hospital before transferring to Eads so we followed her there. Unfortunately, we cannot tolerate poor service from the staff. We have tried two additional times, hoping things would get better, but it didn't. I hope my dogs will tolerate their new vet!

We first found EADS last year when our dog ate some socks and got her intestines blocked. Our vet at that point couldn't do the surgery and told us to go to MED Vets who insisted on full payment up front of five grand. Payments were not an option. We didn't have that available so started calling to try and find another vet that would accept payments. We found two but ended up at EADS since Dr. Tim was familiar with Mastiff's and the other vet wasn't. When we first walked in and started to ask for what the cost would be he, he said lets worry about taking care of her and then we'll figure out the little things. Not only did he save our dog's life but when he charged us half of what MED Vets would have and they have a payment program that doesn't require you to have perfect credit.
This year, she started to get sick again and the diagnosis wasn't good but again EADS was fantastic in their care of our baby but also in how they handled us. Never once did we feel that money was more important then making Diana as comfortable as possible in the short time she had left. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Tim and his efforts to give us the best four extra months we could with her and then being so gentle with her and us when it was time to say good bye. The clay paw cast was a surprise and a beautiful touch to help us remember.

I've been going to this Vet for about 3 years, but today they lost a customer and I will never go back. While I don't (and never have) had a complaint about the care that my dogs have received here, the time it takes to complete an appointment has become increasingly unsatisfactory and is now 100% unacceptable. Today, after waiting in the "doctor's room" for 50 minutes, I walked out the door. My past 3 appointments to this Vet have been the same - to get semi-annual heartworm vaccinations - each of which included a minimum of 45 minute wait in the back room. On the first of my 3 appointments I was there for 1.5 hours. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff about the wait, I was told that a pet came in first thing in the morning with an emergency and required extensive attention. While I respect the dedication of the doctors to treat an emergency case, It would have been nice of the staff to inform me of the circumstances and offer the opportunity to reschedule. The last time I was there, I was walking out the door after my long wait and mentioned to Dr. Tim that I was leaving because of an unacceptable wait for a simple shot and he asked me to come back in, he rushed to get my dog her shot, and I was paid and out the door in under 10 minutes. While typing this report, a member of the staff called me to inquire about why I left and asked if I'd like to reschedule. I was told for the first time ever that it can take up to 20 minutes for the vaccination to be mixed up, but that does not account for the 50 minute wait without a staff member simply popping their head in the door to check how we were doing. One of a few things is happening at this Vet: they are understaffed for the volume of animals they are treating, they are completely disorganized (the staff does seem to be new/different on every visit), they have no concept of customer service, or they are just lazy. Regardless of the reason, they do no seem to value the time/lives of their human customers. If you have time to spare, they are very good and caring doctors; otherwise, I would look for another vet in the area.

The staff is freindly and professional, however, the prices are outrageous. We were excited about having a vet so close to our new home, but because of the high prices, we simply can not continue doing business with Eads Animal Hospital. Our old vet is 35 miles away and a justifiable drive due to the savings.

Veterinarians
They use a laser which means less recovery time and a lot less pain medication. I really like the methods that they use because they are thinking in the best interest of you animal.

When I brought my dog there, the place was very clean and it looked like all the animals were getting a lot of attention from the staff. I compared them price wise to a few other companies around they area, and they seem to be right on line with everyone else.

I use them as my vet and have for many years so I know that I can trust leaving my animals with them when we go away. You can just tell by the way they act with the pets that they just love animals. They have a very nice facility and it is always clean.

I've used them for as long as we have had pets and they are a wonderful place to leave them when you have to go away. Sometimes, I just bring him for a weekend break. They are very playful with the animals, nice and helpful to the owners. I also think they have very good prices.

They are very close to my home so it's very convenient for me. I also like that everyone there is friendly and very good with animals. They get plenty of play time and exercise without having to pay an extra fee.

I don't know much about this company. However, my experience of boarding my pets with them was a positive one. They are complete professionals. My dogs were given good food, exercised, and well looked after.
