To make a long story short, I am a single mother living alone and the man tried to use this to his advantage. He offered to knock off some of the price of his service for some of my services (hint hint). Needless to say this kinda frighten me being alone with him in my home. I avoided being alone with him when he came to fix it. I called a friend to come sit with me while he worked on the unit outside. When I call for someone to fix my air I am not trying to trade my tale for the fee. So unprofessional
