Description of Work: The first time he serviced my AC unit, I was not home and he simply added freon as the unit was working at the time.That did not solve the problem, and I called him the next day. He returned and determined that the unit was only working part time. He then replaced a certain part. When the bill arrived, I was relieved to find he only charged one service call fee even though he came to my house twice. The unit is working very well now.

+ -1 moreThere was a lot of work to be done and he did an excellent job. He has also installed a new unit at our church. He couldn't come immediately but he was clear about the fact that he already had jobs. He came within a few days. He came when he said he would and he was on time. He had to purchase a part after he looked at the situation. He had to pick it up from a different city. He was clear about when they would be open for him to pick the part up. He was very good at communication. He is reliable and affordable. He will give you options when they are available. He doesn't just say what he needs to do and that's it.
Description of Work: I had some electrical work done by Parker's Electric.
