Miclaus Remodeling

This person was hired before Thanksgiving and gave us an estimate of 1 - 2 weeks to do the front of our house.  After 4 months the job still isn't done.  He constantly complained of the difficulty of the job, the weather, and how much money he was losing. He left his scaffolding in front of our house for the last 3 months and after endless attempts to contact him, my husband finally got him to come back today to start finishing the job that he had already been paid for.  I must admit I lost my temper when he showed up at 11:30 instead of 10AM, the time agreed on. He acted like nothing had happened!  Finally I told him to either finish the job, or take his scaffolding and go. He was more than happy to do that.

All projects were completed properly and professionally, with an eye for aesthetics. Andrei brings a wealth of construction experience to the job site, and he is a perfectionist. The job is always done right.
   I intend to use Andrei for other projects in the near future. He is not only a great guy, he is a true professional, and cares about how the finished product looks. Andrei is also an outstanding value, as his quotes are consistently below what the large companies would charge, yet the quality of his work exceeds the competition.
