The owner was very friendly. I do wish they had been able to remove the giant hornet nest as I am afraid it will simply attract other stinging bugs. Aside from that all was great.

If I have a problem they will come back. I feel their pricing is fair. They are always here when they say they will be. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They seemed okay, but we are not using them anymore because we got mad about the guy for making me get up on the roof and stuff to do some of the spraying. They didn’t make me do it, but I wanted it done and he wasn’t going up there himself to the second floor for spraying around windows and stuff. We were trying to do some sort of Japanese beetle prevention thing. They were reasonably priced. After I got up on the roof and sprayed, I got some of the spray on me and that concerned my wife because of the poison spilt on me. The guy didn’t have the ladder or equipment to get to the second floor to spray. So, my wife got mad at them. Then they said that they were giving us their best price, but would go up from $85 to $125 later on. That kind of put me off and we haven’t found a new company yet. I have been spraying myself with the insecticides that I bought from a particular store. We might even call them back because they were friendly enough. They might have got rid of the operator by now. He wasn’t the owner. He was middle aged, but maybe a little overweight. So, he wasn’t too good in climbing. I haven’t had an experience with another company in the area yet, but we thought it was a good price. They just said that they would charge us more the next time. We first went for bimonthly and it was $85 for the treatment to begin with. Then they were going to come back for $55 every couple of months. Then there was a special treatment for the Japanese beetles and they wanted $85 for it. Then they said that if we wanted them out the next time, they would be charging us $125 because we weren’t satisfied that they weren’t doing the second floor. It’s almost like the third floor. They were here on time. They were professional as far as dealing with people, not drinking on the job and so forth was concerned.
