They picked me up, took me to different locations and showed me the houses. They were very friendly. They did everything they could to find the property within my price range. They did not try to upsell anything that I did not need.

Overall experience leads me to give this agent an F. During a 6 month listing term, I heard from her only 3 times, when she listed the house and then at the end of the contract when she asked to relist. She provided no service except to list the house in the MLS and run a couple of adds. She was not proactive in finding unique ways to market a property. Clearly she demonstrated the inability to go beyond just doing listings and then just sit and wait for someone to call. Any monkey can do that. I hired her to market a home based on her performance and marketing plan. Nothing more than listing in the MLS took place. There was no marketing of the property. You could pick any Realtor off the street to do what she did. Many people look at Realtors as used car salesman. This Realtor ranks in the same area.
