Anna's Cleaning Service

Anna was contacted via telephone, I was in GA at the time, and was given all details about the house (in TN). She said a 3300 sq ft home was no problem and it would cost me $125. A local friend of the family met her at the house and paid her $150 ($25 tip that I included if she did good) before she was finished...our mistake. I did not want him driving back to meet her, so he paid her and left. She called and said it would take her about four hours to clean, and she would call when she as finished. About three hours later she called and said she was done, also reassuring us that she had cleaned well and vacuumed the new carpet thoroughly.

Four days later, my husband arrived and found the house completely filthy. I arrived two days later and was in shock. I attempted to contact Anna for a refund, but she never answered the phone or returned my calls. I have had to do so much cleaning, and having a baby does not make it easy. I am still preparing my records to file a police report immediately after Christmas. No one will be victimized by this service again.

Anna's cleaning service does a wonderful job cleaning our home. Our home has lots of detail cleaning and she does it effortlessly and without complaint. She always calls to confirm she's at the front gate before entering, shows up on time and you don't have to worry about whether or not she will show up. She's very calm and a hard worker. I'd recommend her to anyone I know as a person you can trust and who does an excellent job. She takes pride in her work!

We are very pleased with the work she does and can gladly and happily recommend her to others. She also provides other services such as baby and pet-sitting. Anna is punctual, responsive and definitely not a "time-waster"; in other words, she arrives on time, does her work very professionally and leaves.
