Professionalism: Adam and his assistant are very professional, respectful, PATIENT, understanding, and unwavering honesty. No form of work or advance procedures were conducted without them consulting us first as per the request of Dedicated Construction. I found this to be trustworthy. They presented the pros and cons for all steps. They provided alternates means to each course of action. They truly had our budget and cost effectiveness foremost in conjunction with a superior product.
Punctuality: Dedicated Construction arrived 15-20 minutes early each day. The truly personify the motto of "15 minutes early is on time, on time is late". They were prepared daily for any form of obstacle encountered.
Attention to detail: The quality of work was exceptional. Adam and his assistant constantly back briefed us on progress made with our expansion. They ensured we understood each step being achieved. They covered all aspects of the project with miticulous detail resulting in our deck expansion seemlessly matching our previous deck. Dedicated Construction took into account our landscaping and literally conducted the job without hindering our landscaping or any other item within our garden. They do pride themselves with the quality of their work.
Materials: Dedicated Construction may provide a quote higher than an alternate contractor BUT the quality of materials is well worth the slight extra payment. Our deck is beyond reproach regarding the foundation, support, and overall construction.
NOTE: I will admit that I am very meticulous person who is extremely detail oriented. Dedicated Construction remained patient with me while exceeding our expectations. I cannot begin to express how confident I am that you will also be satisfied with the work performed by Dedicated Construction.

From the initial contact and coordination through to the completion of the current projects, Dedicated Construction has exceeded our expectations. 
   In comparison to our neighbors fences, our fence continues to sustain the original look while enduring the recent various weather conditions without damage. Some neighbors have commented on the fence but more so on the uniquely built swinging chair frame.
   We have Dedicated Construction scheduled to build our deck expansion with matching roof during the middle of September 2013. We will certainly upload photos in order to provide concrete evidence of the quality of work these gentlemen provide
