My vacuum wouldn't pick up anything and I couldn't get it apart to see what was wrong, so I took it to The Vacuum Store, expecting to have to leave it there and get it back in a few days. He took it right in, discovered a broken belt, replaced the belt, cleaned the machine and had it fixed within 10 minutes. And only charged me $7.96! I was so happy!
