They chose Pendergrass because of cost and availability. They are pretty good, we've been pretty happy with them. They've been pretty straightforward. The only thing that has impeded the builders has been the weather. They've been very accessible to us all. If he has any issues or questions he calls them. They are readily available and answer his questions. They've just been happy with them. They were very competitive and very willing to work on keeping it affordable.
