Seemed fine at first. It's now six months later, the pump is extremely noisy and leaking profusely.

I was asking him questions about the filter and he stated it was the same as the old filter. He asked me how I operated my pool and would not tell me anything until I answered his questions. I did not receive the manual or warranty for the filter. The receptionist was rude and argumentative.

"THIS CUSTOMER PLACED A CLAIM WITH HIS HOME WARRANTY COMPANY FIRST AMERICAN HOME BUYER. HIS WARRANTY COMPANY ORDERED & DELIVERED THE FILTER REPLACEMENT FOR HIM. THE WARRANTY INFORMATION & OPERATORS MANUAL IS AVAILABLE BY THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY THAT ORDERED HIS FILTER & CAN BE MAILED TO HIM, HAD HE REQUESTED ONE. APPARENTLY THIS HOMEOWNER HASN'T READ OR UNDERSTOOD THE POLICY IN WHICH HE PURCHASED."
