KEITH BAKER HOMES-DICKSON INC

Bad, really bad.  They promised me they would build an excellent home but they did everything but build a great home.  For example, when I received the title to the home it said I had received a used demo.  I still don't know what that means or how old this trailer is that Keith Baker Homes provided to me.  The home is supposedly now only 3 years old and there are many issues.  The trimming on the doors are coming off.  The windows need to be replaced.  When they built the deck, the front door would not close properly.  I later found out they built the deck incorrectly to our door.  I tried contacting Keith Baker Homes for over a year and nothing really came of it.  When they did come out, they started hammering the aluminum facing on the door which damaged the door more, rather than fixing it properly.   The person from Keith Baker Homes ended up yelling at me and trying to over talk me.  I do not recommend this company to others.
