He is a residential contractor. He is my landlord. But I had him remodel, a lot of remodeling on my aunt's house after she passed away and I put it on the market. To be honest I wasn't sure what kind of service I was going to get out of that and he did phenomenal work. Absolute phenomenal. He went above and beyond, very timely, very cost effective and the quality was beautiful.
