Owner Johhny Clark is responsive, clear, and focused. He came almost immediately to inspect our home and give an estimate (comparable in size to other estimates, but much cheaper in price); he replied to both phone and text questions in a timely manner. We settled on an installation date, but he was able to work us into the schedule and in fact installed the unit a week early. The crew was polite and friendly; all were extremely careful and considerate of your home and our nosey dog! The unit worked well when installed, but the next day it stopped cooling. A technician arrived at 8:00 am (on a Saturday) and worked carefully and systematically until the problem was identified and resolved. No problems since.
