Butler's Pest Solutions

My husband had spoken on the phone with Mr Butler owner of Butler’s Pest Solutions and arranged a first meeting at our house. We had not yet signed a contract and we did not yet know how much Mr Butler’s service would cost. We assumed Mr Butler would come to the meeting himself. But at the appointment time Mr Butler sent a service man and the man didn’t explain what he was there to do. The guy was hostile and rude to us and ordered us around in our own home so we told him to leave. When we told Mr Butler how his worker treated us he apologized but he insisted the man was just “all business.” All business means introducing yourself, explaining what you are there to do, and then doing your work in a neutral way and treating the customers with the utmost respect, not in a belligerent way ordering the customers around. We chose another service. We do not recommend Butler’s Pest Solutions.
