My wife and I hired this videography company to videotape our wedding, which took place outside of Nashville in July 2012. While everything seemed to go fairly smoothly during the actual wedding, Luke and his company have not yet given us the video. My wife and I have both called him or emailed him multiple times, to no avail. I should note that this review is being written in June 2013, nearly one full year after the wedding, and the contract that we signed with him noted that post production editing would take eight weeks.
Without exaggeration, Luke and his business have lied to us repeatedly and have basically stolen our money. Luke hardly ever responded to our emails after the wedding. On the two or three occasions that he did respond, he said that he would have the video sent to us in approximately one week. All of these responses were months ago. In one of these responses, he told my wife "I've been trying to text and call you", which is yet another lie, because our phone number did not change.
Luke is now apparently doing work for pageants and other businesses, but according to his company website he seems to continue doing wedding videography. Needless to say, any business or individual considering working with him should stay away from him and his business. Once we realized that getting the video might prove painful, my wife contacted our wedding planner and found out that other couples had similar troubles with Luke, with one taking as long as eight months to get the video. We have broken this record, since we are approaching our one year anniversary.
