The termite inspector, Patrick, was very knowledgeable and explained the process. He did find termites and showed me what to look for in the future and gave me other added information. He was professional, honest and courteous. I would highly recommend contacting Arrow Exterminator for any pest control needs. In addition I thought the rates were reasonable.

It took them 5 minutes, and I still have ants.

We have not had a problem. They are really good about calling you to let you know that it is time for your service. We have been with them for about 10 years.

As I stated above...
Arrow came out and sprayed.
The bugs did not die they kept on coming out.
We tried to work with them, but they failed to preform.

I am very happy overall. They are professional, they do what they say they are going to do, and they are pricey but it is good service so I am willing to pay a little more.
