Garage Service, Contractor Service
Certified Remodelers owner told us it would be less expensive to pay by the hour for his company's services to completely remodel a 100 year old house, we were told that it was his speciality. The job started June 2009 and he left a note on the houses door in January 2010 stating he was not coming back, none of the work was completed but all were in various stages of repair. We were forced to bring in other contractors who are having to replace the new furnace he installed incorrectly causing it to be destroyed and the warrantee voided, redo his plumbing (leaked under the house) work on the drywall they installed, drywall compound was packed on over 1/4" in some of the seams and the poor workmanship examples goes on.
