Bob's Home Repair

Arrived on time and got to work.  While Bob worked on the threshold and plumbing of the toilet, his assistant replaced the garage door opener and the light fixture.  They worked efficiently and finished sooner than I had expected.

Bob and his partner were on time. They were neat and friendly and they completed the work in a timely work frame. I am having them back to do work on my bathroom. Overall I am completely satisfied and would recommend them.

I live out of state.  Met with Bob once.  Excellent job.  Honest.  Did what he said he would.

They did a good job...they kept to their schedule and did good quality work.  They cleaned up and didn't leave any trash behind.

I noticed recently some rotting of the wood in an exterior door frame. I discovered Bob's Home Repair on Angie's List and called the firm. Bob explained he spent a great deal of time on various projects in the specific area of Tennessee in which I live (i.e., Fairfield Glade near Crossville, TN) and even had a workshop within a few miles nearby.  I had called on a Friday just before holiday weekend, but he assured me he would come by that day to look at the problem.  He came to my home within an hour or two, assessed the situation indicated he would be back the following week and would call first to insure it was a convenient time.
The next week, as he had promised, he called and we set a date and time.  He arrived on time and immediately set to work with an assistant,  A few hours later he had completed the initial work of removing the rotted sections and replacing them with new wood.  The next day he returned to caulk the wood and the new threshold he had installed and to paint the new wood.
He and his associate were punctual and professional and his fees are reasonable.  I can give him an enthusiastic "well done" for his work and I will use him again when the need arises.

When Bob and his helpers finished the JOB and the JOB SITE my entire area was CLEAN & CLEAR of any and all scraps.

Bob came out to our house for an estimate very quickly.
He described in adequate detail the work to be completed and the time frame he would complete the TOTAL JOB.

The work was completed in a timely manner and the work site was clean & clear of any left over trash. <perfect job>

I have already recommended 'Bobs Home Repair' to others and I am looking forward to creating additional work for them soon as possible.
They did a much BETTER JOB than I would have been able to do by myself....
