William T Antley Remodeling

He did real well at first. He and his crew were here everyday, cleaned up after the day's work and was very professional. Then.....not long after the roof was completed, the first of several leaks occurred. He came right over and fixed the first leak and was to come back to fix the ceiling damage. Never showed. Leak 2 occurred and he came and fixed the leak and was to come fix the additional ceiling damage . Never showed. Leak 3 occurred, along with problems with the way the water was coming off the roof in the back. I and my husband called several times and he said he would come out to fix the problems only to never show up. Now there are shingles off the roof. This has been going on for months and I'm tired of getting the run around. I have sent a letter to Mr. Antley stating the problems that need to be addressed. I am also having another contractor assess the work that has already been done and what needs to be fixed. I am in the process of obtaining quotes. Obviously, I do not want Antley Construction to do anymore work so the ball will then be in his court whether he will pay for the problems to be fixed correctly or I will contact a lawyer and take action.
